Merlin

The Merlin HM Mk2 helicopter is the Royal Navy’s airborne submarine hunter. Since coming into service in 2014, Merlin HM Mk2s have been deployed from a number of platforms including HMS Queen Elizabeth, Type 45 destroyers, Type 23 frigates and RFA vessels. Although its primary role is Anti-Submarine Warfare, the Merlin Mk2 is a versatile airframe that is also used to undertake other tasks from troop transport to humanitarian missions across the globe.

Framed prints are mounted, signed by the artist and supplied in an attractive and stylish frame with a smooth white finish.

Frames come in two sizes; 12in x 16in or 16in x 20in, with a 28mm (approx. 1in) surround, and fitted with 2mm glass and an MDF backing with hanging bracket.
